Payment Methods

At ValhallaBioLabs, we currently offer four convenient payment options. During checkout, you will be able to select the payment method that works best for you.

Important: Payment is completed after your order has been placed through checkout.

1. Debit / Credit Card Payment Link

If you select Debit/Credit Card during checkout, a secure payment link will be sent to you via SMS for the exact amount of your order.

Payment links are sent once per day within a specific time window: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM PST.

Depending on when your order is placed, your payment link will arrive during the next available time window.

Example:
If your order is placed at 11:00 AM PST, your payment link will be sent the following day between 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM PST.

Once you receive the link, simply open it to complete your payment using your debit or credit card. Some orders may also have payment plan options available through the payment portal.

2. Zelle

After completing checkout, you will immediately see the Zelle payment email and instructions on the order confirmation page.

You will also receive the same instructions via email shortly after placing your order.

To complete your payment:

1. Open your Zelle app
2. Enter the Zelle payment email address provided
3. Enter your order total
4. Include your Order Number in the memo field
5. Send the payment

Important:
When sending payment, only include your ORDER NUMBER in the memo field.
Do not mention any product names or classifications.

3. Venmo

After your order is submitted, the ValhallaBioLabs Venmo handle and payment instructions will appear on your confirmation page and will also be sent to you via email.

To complete the payment:

1. Click the provided Venmo handle
2. This will open the Venmo payment page
3. Enter your order total
4. Add your Order Number in the notes/memo section
5. Send the payment

Important:
Please only include your ORDER NUMBER in the memo field.
Do not reference any products or product categories.

4. Cash App

Once your order is placed, the ValhallaBioLabs Cash App $Cashtag and payment instructions will be shown on the order confirmation page and sent to you via email.

To complete your payment:

1. Click the Cash App $Cashtag link
2. This will open the payment page within Cash App
3. Enter your order total
4. Add your Order Number in the notes/memo section
5. Send the payment

Important:
Please only write your ORDER NUMBER in the memo field.
Do not include any product names or descriptions.

Payment Confirmation & Shipping

Once your payment is received, our team will match the payment with your order and confirm it in our system.

After confirmation, your order will be prepared and shipped on the next business day.

You will receive your tracking information via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
